As I write this review Sonoran Auto Glass has a solid string of 5-star reviews. Sometimes I get a little suspicious when I see that many perfect reviews. I didn't really have a choice in selecting them, my insurance agent recommended them and my agent said they've never had a complaint. Their scheduler was prompt and efficient so things got off to a good start. The morning of the appointment the installer called me to let me know he was on the way. He showed up on time (being on time is a big thing with me). I watched him do the installation. Having watched a few other windshields being replaced I was impressed how carefully this installer worked to make sure all of the old weather-stripping was removed and that he had everything lined up for a perfect fit. He definitely knew what he was doing. Let's face it, there are a lot of stories about how windshield repair places rank up there as scammers along with emails from foreign princes who want to give you all their money. It's refreshing to find a small local family-owned place that doesn't play games. Recommended!
