Terrible! Do not waste your time. I ordered a large amount of 4x6 prints from them recently. The quality of the pictures is awful. It looks like I went swimming in a muddy swamp versus the clear blue Caribbean water that I was actually in. All of the prints are dark and have a grey hue. They tried to blame it on the photo that I sent them; however, the pictures look perfect on my camera, computer, and look perfect printed out from a different company that I had to go to. Shutterfly offered me a 50% refund IF I shipped the prints back. I'm not taking time out of my day to ship these back when it is Shutterfly's mistake. Uploading pictures to Shutterfly isn't the easiest thing and then having to go through all of this afterwards is so frustrating.
