I've been a member of Arsenal since 2015. This place has evolved and grown so much since then. I started with Bootcamp style classes, then CrossFit classes. I also throw in spin classes during the week. It is really a one stop shop for everything fitness! The CrossFit coaches and cycle instructors are all very knowledgable, helpful and friendly.
I always say that Arsenal isn't a place you need to brag about your PRs or achievements. Everyone knows you well enough to recognize it on their own. If you want to be pushed, encouraged and supported at the same time, this is the place for you.
