My painter sent me in there to retrieve 29 gallons of paint that needed to be mixed. Order was placed day before so it would be ready. I got there sharply at 8:00 a.m. and it was 8:45 before I left there. Their busiest time of day is in the morning and they had three people there working the counter. One guy was working hard, the other two were slow. A bunch of employees kept walking in and out of the office...not one of them said hello, or someone will be with you shortly, or anything. It was ridiculous. Nobody behind the counter acknowledged that there was a line and offered to be right with me or anyone else. Most inefficient use of my time ever! Then I had to go back about an hour later for some tape. Yes, a few rolls of tape. It took me 35 minutes to purchase tape. Worst service I have received in a long time.
