WOW, was this a disappointing experience. My girlfriends and I tried to grab a quick bite of breakfast before heading out on the ferry to the Islands.
I ordered a small mocha and a ham and cheese croissant. When I first ordered, there were two employees behind the register; by the time I received my coffee and sandwich, there were three. All were a bit flustered and not very friendly to each other or the customers.
The mocha was okay, the sandwich was okay, but what really disturbed me was the fact that a busy coffee place could have such a poor operating system. Somehow, my drink was completely forgotten until 3 other patrons behind me received their drinks. By the time I got to the table, my girlfriends had already finished eating and we had to rush to the ferry. Hopefully my experience was an anomaly and other patrons don't have the same experience!
