The property is nice enough, but the concierge are completely useless and scam artists. We had cirque du soleil tickets as a part of our package and were told the guest services would be In to pick up the tickets our first day and that they would call us. They didn't show up to work all day and never called. When we finally saw them on our last day after checking multiple times they said there was nothing they could do for same day tickets despite it being their fault that they didn't have staff and were unresponsive. When we reminded them of this they said they could find us tickets and printed them, only for us to find out they were fake vouchers and there wasn't even a show that night when we got to the theatre. This wasted over 200 dollars for us and really soured our entire trip.
