I normally think Jimmy Johns is a safe bet, since I know what I am getting. I am not going there because of the crazy ingredients or mounds of meats-- I go there for the bread-- soft delicious bread. Normally. But much to my sadness today, my bread is DARK brown and crispy ALL the way through. Note to the staff-- don't burn the bread in the first place, but if you do, don't use it. You aren't doing anyone any favors...
