The previous reviews giving Bill top scores are right. He quoted me a flat rate of $65 & stuck to it even though we stood outside in 100 degree heat trying to open one of the hardest locks to open without destroying it. I think it became a matter of pride for him to open the door without ruining the locks because I even told him to just go ahead and drill the lock out as I saw that it was going to be a pain to open. He said these locks cost $40 or more and he wasn't going to destroy it if he could avoid it. The man is definitely customer focused. He was on another call when I contacted him and he gave me a 45 minute eta and was right on. Like I said before, he tries his best to save you money by doing his best to save the locks where others might take the easy way out by just drilling out a lock that is difficult to pick. He even showed me how easy it is to pick some of the other locks I have, but said that I didn't really need to worry about them as the security door and locks I had outside (the ones he had to open for me) would be more than anyone would want to deal with as they would just move on to an easier target. I HIGHLY recommend him and am adding him to my phone list just in case I screw up and misplace my keys again.
