If you've ever listened to the radio in Madison, then you know about Chalmers. My fiancé took his grandmother's engagement ring here to get it resized and restored for me and loved the service, so we went back today to get our wedding bands.
The customer service at Chalmer's is amazing. We gave the salesman our very modest budget up front and he still gave us his undivided attention and helped us for over an hour to find the perfect band for me and one for my fiancé. He took another 10 minutes just to get the right size for the fiancé and also cleaned my engagement ring for me while we were waiting for a credit application. Last but not least we posed with the mannequin on the piano with our new rings and got a nice photo-op :-)
