I would highly recommend this company for anybody that has a shuttered phone/screen.
My phone slipped off my hand in the kitchen, and that was that. My s4 newly acquired had a shuttered/cracked screen. I checked with the manufacturer since it's been only 2 months, they told me warranty is now void and I'll have to send it in and get it back in nearly 2 weeks... I can't be without a phone for that long. I checked in YELP for a place to take my phone and found this one. I was happy that all the reviews were accurate.
Brent works off his home, and I dropped it off, then picked up my little one and went back to pick it up. He run into a couple of issues, and took a little longer than what was predicted. However, while we waited my little one was having a great time with his little one and the dogs, cats, bird and fishes. He also threw in an extra screen protection. Phone is functional and back as new.
Price wise, I think it is comparable to others, but can't beat the service. It was not a cheap fix, but the turnaround time was worth it. I would recommend this to anybody that wants a quick turnaround time on getting the phone back to new.
