Seating and service is fast and friendly. Coffee is a bit weak-pancakes and eggs ok but didn't get the bacon crispy as requested. Ambience is lively with families, couples and singles. The room is bright with windows on two sides and large colorful art covering the remaining wall space. Everything is neat and organized. Easy parking in front bvery busy. I had to take a star off for the limp bacon and weak coffee-big deal for me.
