This location is one of the worst locations ever in he whole nation. I'm a tourist and I tried to rent a car here. The stuff here in this specific location are racist like motherfuckers and yeah I hope corporate reads this review. They make it as much difficult as possible for you to rent a car in this location I have my drivers license from other country because I'm a TOURIST I have my passport and my American Express credit card still not enough this people are pricks including the supervisor I think his name is 'Willis' they are super rude I wouldn't recommend you to visit this location they do not deserve to have our money until they completely change the staff. For the records I would love to inform you that this location is in Las Vegas NV where millions of tourist visit everyday. The supervisor here even threatened me saying come to my location on a way of 'I will kick your ass' again very unprofessional I talked to corporate and made a report for future customers a encourage you to make a report because this staff doesn't represent the company and sooner or later the employees here will be replaced for real customer service staff.
