I wish it was possible to give a business zero stars. On Monday October 26th, 2015 I brought my brand new North Face jacket into this cleaners to be cleaned. I am a new customer and the general manager Jay seemed like a nice guy and the price was cheap. He took my jacket and told me I could come back Wednesday, October 28th, 2015 after 5pm to pick up my jacket. To my surprise, when I came to pick up my jacket, it was no where to be found. They lost my brand new jacket. With no explanation. And told me to come back in two days and that possibly my jacket may be at another location. I was extremely disappointed considering it's a $200 jacket and brand new. He said to himself "Why does this always happen to my new customers" so obviously this was not a first. After much argument, he said he would spend a few days looking for it. Day after day I called to check back and they would give me the excuse that "Jay was not available" or that he "was off today". After being ignored, I took it upon myself to call EVERY legend cleaners to find my own jacket because obviously the manager was not going to do his own job. I located the jacket and called the original store that lost it to have them go pick it up and they said okay and they would let Jay know it was found. 5 minutes later Jay called with the audacity to say they he found the jacket and the store that had it called, which in fact is the store that I myself called and found. So I was able to pick up my jacket, (free of charge) which is only $2.50 to begin with, and will NEVER be returning. This workers are incompetent, speak little English, and are extremely rude. I advise anyone looking for a cleaner to look somewhere else.
