I've given this location, and many others, opportunities to change my mind. It hasnt. Customer service is horrible. I used to love Dunkin but for some reason it's going down hill. They never get the order correct. Every time I'm ordering they walk away mid sentence to make the drink before I even finish with the details. I wouldn't mind if they got it right but I always have to go back and tell them to change it.
