Overall the spa is very neat and welcoming but my experience today was the worst massage experience I've ever had. My masseuse was 30 minutes late to the appointment. I was polite and understanding to this because she is a contract masseuse and was working on the other side of town; however I believe it could've been prevented, as my appointment was booked over a week ago. I don't know the name of my masseuse but she is a shorter, Caucasian lady with a hoop nose ring. She was rude and very unprofessional. What started off as very casual small talk on my part turned into a race centered conversation that I did not care to be a part of. She had a bad attitude and so my spa experience was not at all relaxing. I was so turned off I canceled my nail appointment that was supposed to be right after. I told the receptionist about my experience and thankfully I did not have to pay. All of the other staff was great. All in all, however, I would not go back to this place of business. It is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to this spa day, it's not something I get to do often and so it was very disappointing to have had this experience.
