I initially rated this well because I liked Jocelyn.
However I waited almost 2 weeks for standard tests results, then find out that she ordered a test that I didn't ask for, nor was I informed about. The CDC actually discourages this testing. So why would I have gotten tests without my permission??? Why would I not have been told? No risk factors, and no reason for it
Every time I call, the front desk ladies don't even let me finish my sentence about what I'm calling for before they are asking me my date of birth as if I'm a nuisance.... to hurry me off the call.
I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this office, especially with ordering testing that was necessary...or consented.
