Boyfriend & I came in yesterday to drop off his glock to have the sights put on. The gentleman told us that the person who puts them on was on lunch and would do it when he got back. Okay, fine. Took down my boyfriend's name & number. Before we left, my boyfriend asked to see a couple of the rifles. The guy let him see one & when my boyfriend asked for another, he seemed to be getting a little short with him. By the look on his face, it was plain as day he was getting annoyed. We definitely felt some prejudgment vibes going on. Whatever, so we left. Over 24 hours later, no call. At this point, we just decide to go in & pick up the gun, ready or not. Come to find out the guy won't be in until Tuesday. So basically, had we not gone in, the gun would've sat until Tuesday. It would've been nice to receive a courtesy call or a heads up of some sort, instead of having to drive up there to figure this out. After we left, we took it to Discount Firearms where we did not feel judged & got them installed in 10 mins for half the price and ALSO purchased a new rifle, parts and ammo. Customer service is EVERYTHING! This is exactly how you lose business to someone else. Well done.
