Sure Temp = reasonable prices and fantastic service!
We've routinely had our AC units readied for the two seasons of Phoenix, Hot and Hot as Hell, by a LARGE Valley operation. When one of the units went to "The Appliance Bridge" in 2015 my husband said, "Let's try someone new" he found Sure Temp on Yelp.
We purchased a unit from Sure Temp in 2015 they installed it.
When it came time to service the two units prices for service from the large Valley operation were going up a lot faster than we were able to comfortably keep up with.
Two weeks ago, knowing the heat of the Hot as Hell season was fast approaching we called Sure Temp to service both AC units. Kevin from Sure Temp came to our home to ready the AC units for the bitter heat of summer. Kevin from Sure Temp did his work and reassured my husband all was well. The price was right and we were ready for the heat. But, that evening one of the units was not working.
We called Sure Temp at 8p that Friday night and they responded immediately! Kevin came to central Phoenix from east Mesa to check on us!! He called to speak with my husband about what might have happened. He arrived with a toolbox and a smile and the problem was fixed in no time. I suspect it took longer for Kevin to drive here than it took for him to fix the problem.
