We have sold 3 homes and have done 2 refinances with Driggs Title and compared to the other title companies. They are "Ahead of the Rest" We had the pleasure of dealing with three professionals: Mark Bartlemus, Sherry Johnson and Jerry Chase. Each agent had their favorite and we were pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service we received from each escrow officer. We even had to meet at one of our closings on a Saturday! There isn't another title company that would go above and beyond to accommodate us like Sherry did and we have worked with others title companies! 5:00, they are out of there and you won't hear from them until Monday! I have read the other reviews and it's too bad of what is being said as our experience was totally the opposite. Look, everyone makes mistakes but, I would never go as far as saying the things other people are saying. In my book, that is rude and unprofessional! Bottom line, I would defiantly recommend Driggs Title.
