Joe's is a family tradition for us. As a young married couple we frequented Joe's with my wife's grandparents. They were die hard Joe's fans. I love the atmosphere. The farm mural on the wall conveys the thoughts of a simpler time. Combine that with some comfort food Mac and cheese and a pulled pork sandwich slow cooked over pecan and I'm done. The baked potatoes aren't as big as your head, they are as big as MY head. And that's saying something! Size 8 hat here. The desserts are all fatteningly fantastic. The homemade bbq sauce comes in regular and hot. It's not too hot, give it a try. They have gluten free buns but you can always just get a baked potato with smoked meat. Just work through the menu. Everything is amazing. Joe's is a local legend because it's consistently wonderful. If the weather is nice sit out back and play some corn hole. Come on your birthday and you get $10 off. You can't beat that.
