I have never set foot in their facility however my experience is not good and I did not even get to the point where I got an appointment as I was so frustrated by this place and the staff. After getting several recommendations from friends for Dr Rojas, I decided to schedule an appointment for an issue I had been experiencing. The Dr. may be great but I never got to experience that as the staff and process to become a patient was so painful. In telling the scheduler I had an urgent concern I wanted to be seen for (especially since my mother in law was just diagnosed with cancer for a similar symptom), they scheduled me more than 10 days out. Then they refused to complete the scheduling process as I did not have the physical insurance card yet (it was in the mail from my employer since it was new insurance). They told me they could not schedule the appointment without the card. Odd, since I had the number and group number from the card. Frustrated and irritated I found another doctor with another practice that got me in right away - much better experience. This is my second attempt to get in with this practice and it was the same experience last time - so two strikes and you are out.
