I'm in Charlotte very often as a flight crewmember, and it's one of my preferred airports. Free wifi, nice food options, lots of places to sit and recharge. Not a huge fan of the fact that everything is carpeted, it makes it a little harder to wheel your luggage around, but it's not a big deal. The airport is laid out pretty well, and has lots of signage to find your way around. I do like how they have "Walk" and "Stand" actually painted onto the moving sidewalks, now only if they could get people to actually adhere to that.
