I'm moving to the area and I was warned to not shop here but I wanted to see for myself. It is so strange to see people with a stuck up attitude working in a superstore. I expect that at Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tiffany, etc but in a superstore?? I was spoken to in a condescending manner more than once and their flooring department is the worst. If it wasn't for Andrea helping me and being friendly I would have dropped the sale and moved on to a competitor because of how the other woman working in that same department treated me. I would NEVER recommend buying from them period.
The only bright side is Darin who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Ask for him, otherwise you will be hit with attitude from most of the staff working there. Go to Lowes, Home Depot or any superstore because you will find RC Willey has higher prices on average. Yes they price match but if you compare you will find they can be off by $1000 on some items.
