I had a washer that wasn't draining and had standing water in it. The Home Depot warranty plan had been trying to send out less than desirable repair companies to my house and after reading the reviews I just couldn't do it. By luck, Beyer was sent out and I was hopeful as they had more positive reviews than negative. They arrived within the scheduled time frame, took the time to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The repairman was very friendly and was careful not to make a mess with the wetvac needed to extract the standing, smelly water in the machine. After finding the problem with the washer and fixing it, he ran it on a small cycle and stayed to be sure the problem was fixed. I was blown away by that!! In the future I will request Beyer through my warranty plan.
