Had been coming here for years and today was the last straw. Rude manager or supervisor when approached with why my car was not vacuumed. He said my wash did not include it. I said I didn't realize that and would be glad to upgrade to the next level up and told me it was too late and that I always get the express wash and go through the full-service line, which HAS NEVER HAPPENED, EVER. I looked at my bank account statements going back a year and have always paid for full service wash in the past (between $12.00-$18.00). The only reason I bought the lower price wash is that there's a possibility of rain today, but did not see that it was only for exterior. I thought their $6 wash was the only express wash.
