Terrible service went through drive through with my dad and he asked if we could order the french sticks (as they advertised ) it with a huge sign just before ordering and the guy in drive thru said, "no." then began to giggle as we could hear him laughing through the mike, my dad said uh, OK? And the man kept laughing. When I told him hey it's advertised here he said we don't sell those. And kept laughing, I couldn't believe what just happened, my dad is not a confrontational guy and if he wasn't there I would have called for manager cause this was unacceptable and the jerk was still laughing when we came to window didn't know what he was doing thought his job was a joke who hires thugs like this who insults their customers and laughs at everything like beevis and butthead? Only this burger King! horrible service not going back!
