I really had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but I was really disappointed. The facility is clean and decorated nicely. However I was extremely put off by the people working. The receptionist had a slight attitude with me the whole time I was checking in and checking out. She is also the lady I spoke to to make my appointment and I felt she was being rude then too. As for the doctor, she was never directly rude but I just felt like she thought all of my questions were stupid and a waste of her time. I originally made the appointment for a growth on my eye and all she told me is that it will go away. I told her it has been there for more than 2 months now and has only gotten bigger. She offered me no help. She said it would be $100 to remove it and all they do is pop a hole in and remove what's inside. So when I asked if there was any other option I could do at home to get rid of it she offered no help. It was either get it removed or wait for it to go away... well if they go away on their own wouldn't it be a concern to her that I've had it for over 2 months? She acted like she new nothing about the products I use at home which is ridiculous because I use a very popular brand of cleansing products. I just felt over all very uncomfortable and like I was being talked down to the whole time. Maybe it's because I'm a young girl and they feel the need to talk to me like I'm a child but I left feeling like I just wasted my time and made the drive all the way to Scottsdale for nothing.
