It isn't bad enough that my eye doctor left there. But not even be told till 3 months later about it. Goes in to get my file released to me cuz knowing this place I wanted the file in my hands. I would not trust them to put it in the mail. So I goes in on Jan 2, sign the paper to have them released to me. I told them I found a new doc and when the date was. The gal looked at me and laughed and said they don't get released until 30 days she says the doctors sit on them a long time. Which is bull from what I was told from the doctor that worked there. She said it only takes 2-4 days. Well the gal was to call me when to pick them up, never did receive a call.. Had my new doc date and sad that doc had none of my eye cancer info to look at, that date was the 10. Today is the 21 of January still no call, I call up there. I was told oh ya we can mail em to you, I says you were to call me. What do I get on the phone OH! So I drive up and pick them up, the date they were signed off on was Jan 6. This among other things taking place is why the doc left there. Let alone to let you know, when you go in be prepared to sit bout 2 hours before you get seen. From girls that work there and the doc to being in there, I know I wont go back there. This is the one at 91 ave and Thunderbird
