Our dishwasher failed on us over a week ago. We called them and they said they were really busy but they would be out on Friday between 5-7. I trusted these reviews and thought it would be worth the wait. At seven I contacted their scheduler and she said he was running a little late. At 9 I asked if he was still coming and she said he couldn't make it. That would have been nice to know. She rescheduled me for Tuesday claiming he had no openings until then. Todays time slot came and went. We contacted the scheduler again and she said he was on his way. He called me and left a vm saying he'd be here soon. An hour later we go out and his business card is on the door. Never knocked, never called. I called him three times and no answer. We are having someone else fix the dishwasher tomorrow. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
