This company is very poor on administration and customer service. They lose part orders, don't call back when they say they will, and generally don't get the job done in a timely fashion. If you wish to wait weeks for your repair, then you should call them! We had a recent repair through our home warranty company and I won't go with them again because of the delays and the errors in part orders. Thumbs WAY down on this one.
