I've heard great things about this place from multiple people. So after a few months of hearing positive things I decided to give it a try 3 different times. SUPER disappointed each visit. I normally pay $32 (at my normal nail salon) for the upgraded pedi with callus removal, hot stones and towels with scrub. This place charged $45 and it wasn't great. Plus $5 to take off gel (which they painted on me my first visit) Towels where cold...do tgey nit realize you need to wrap the while leg anf foot with ONE towel to keep the cold sensation out? It doesnt feel great when half your foot is cold and rhe other is hot? Plus the towel cools off way too fast when part of your foot is exposed...Mask was cold and non effective. callus scrub was half heartedly done. Had to go home and scrub more. Which I'm pregnant so it's hard to reach. Just super disappointed with the service and wasn't treated very well. Seems like staff have a bit of an attitude :( my gel manicure was not done well either. You could see through the Polish in the sun. Which I asked her to do 3 coats and she didn't listen. Can't believe I walked out paying $90 plus a tip when I normally pay $60 plus a tip for better service and quality. This place is OVERRATED. WHY SETTLE FOR LESS BUT PAY MORE???? DUMB I will not be coming back. And I think people should think twice about this place. It's lost its passion it might have once had.
