Horrible! The staff expects you to pretty much do their job. The main physician was no longer with them and when I got there for my appointment, the front lady told me to call my insurance because I didn't have them on file as my primary physician when I have been going there for months. So I had to call and change it right there, when I feel like it's their job to have done this. Then, I went in for a vaccine (which they ended up not having) and told me to look for a clinic who does offer it like Maricopa County clinic. So I end-up driving there (30 min away from my house) so they can tell me that I have to call my insurance to see which clinic covers it. I call my insurance and they tell me that my doctor (staff) should be the one looking to see who can give it to me. To make this story short, I feel like I was doing the front desk's job. The situation was poorly handled.
