What a hidden gem in the University area. I wouldn't recommend coming up here just for these botanical gardens but if you are in the area or passing thru, stop by. There are two quaint greenhouses with varieties of plants. The orchid room is amazing! I love the little facts posted around the plants. I had no idea that some orchids are so small you need a magnifying glass to see them. Also the carnivorous plants were amazing! My husband really enjoyed those. The cacti are huge and very neat.
