I've had a very bad experience working with Michael Joe Schefrin. I've been working on a refinance for the past four or five months when he told me I have to wait to refi after six months of owning my new home. Now after all this work +2 credit checks which brought my credit score down is now telling me I have to wait one year which is Till September. Another three months. And he also threw out there for me just to go to my local bank and get a loan for my cash out. These people completely neglected me as a customer. Not to mention money lost for my appraisal also. Please think twice before having Paramount equity mortgage have ANYTHING to do with any refinancing. I understand there's always two sides of the story but these are the facts.
