We had an overall great experience at this store. The only reason I gave it a four star instead of five is because the management at this store had one poor individual working by herself on a seemingly busy night. I used to be a retail manager and I would have NEVER had someone working alone in a mall. Kyrsten was a good sport and worked very hard, she was very knowledgeable about the products and got us set up as quickly as she could. As for the one previous review, it is important to note the Verizon also charges tax (go in any store and ask them, its true) on the full retail price of the phone along with a $30 upgrade fee they throw on your bill, so I am unsure how you walked out for $224. They do have add ons at this Best Buy Mobile store but they are Entirely Optional. The only place you do not have to pay sales tax on the full retail price of the phone (a 16gb is $699 full retail, the $199 is subsidized price for signing a contract) is Apple.
