I've never been so disappointed with an apartment complex before. I'm not normally a complainer but I'm actually about to break my lease because this place is so horrible. We have a bug problem... the new manager Michael I believe actually informed me on a bunch of information about the bugs and put me on a list to get the exterminator to the apartment BUT he came one Friday and then never showed up again... Our downstairs neighbors smoke cigarettes in their house. That's one of the main reasons I can't deal with this place anymore. The smell is absolutely sickening, I've been staying at my boyfriends house. I've told management about it and I understand all they can do is send a letter but it's so terrible I have to hold my breath. Another thing is the mold, the toilets are covered a week after you clean the bowl. There's more... but the last thing I'll say is the whole "renovation thing" HAHAH if you call painting the wooden cabinets white (and not cleaning up the splattered paint on the floor) a renovation then I don't know what you can actually trust in this place... I hope my review makes an impact on someone's decision to move to The Edge because my stay has been horrible, mind you I moved in in September so it's literally been 4 months... Happy deciding :)
