Horrible company!! On move in date home was filthy. Toilets dirty, stove dirty, floors not mopped, floors not vacuumed, yard full of weeds, washer broken, ceiling fans broken, sprinkler system broken. Worst of all AC not working in 105+ degree heat! Takes 8 days to fix AC and property manager offers half off rent. When told this is unaceptable that full rent for 8 days is demanded because home uninhabitable he refuses to answer. 13 days later none of the other issues are fixed. Very unprofessional company with mailboxes full and unable to contact anyone.Civil case to follow..
