I came here for dessert after work at 6PM and was surprised to not see a line. Apparently this was due to the fact that the chalkboard outside said that they were all out of sundae, even though they actually serving it inside. Be warned, they may run out of ingredients by the end of the day. I didn't like the Shiratama Sundae that much. I think the mochi really detracted from sundae overall. I did however like the matcha soft serve and thought that it tasted like the real deal. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with this. I'd probably be better off ordering the soft serve instead. The Chiffon Cake sundae was pretty good because there was actual cake and red bean in it. If you don't like red bean, I'd advise you to stay away from this. I thought that it did taste pretty good overall if you were eating it all together: the mixture of red bean, chiffon cake, matcha soft serve made for a great combination. Overall, I thought it was pretty good, but it would not lineup to eat this. I'd probably only go if I was craving soft serve matcha.
