Made an appointment online 4th of July, same day. Got a call back stating no appointments were available so he wanted to reschedule. Not an issue. Scheduled Friday at 9. They had my van info (never been here with the van) but no appointment. They got me in next and the final price was $50 less than what I was quoted on the phone. Although it was a little frustrating, I would have to be a turd to complain about having to wait 5-10 minutes and saving $50. They were apologetic and solved the "problem."
