I've been around 'health food stores' for decades going back to its beginning in the early 70's in San Francisco. Last August (2015) I walked into the Natural Grocers on Scottsdale Road and immediately knew it was a first classl operation. You may think this is funny (I do) but the store 'smelled' really clean, pure, really great (and still does). It's an ultra clean presentation of foods that I like to eat (and the time they put into selecting products is quite obvious to me). The produce? The produce is not only all organic (which makes it easier to trust compared to other stores), it is consistently the cleanest display of fresh fruits and veggies of any store in the Valley (they are constantly pulling produce that has anything not looking fresh). The people? 1st, most everyone that works at a health-oriented store is great and deserves a 5 star. Natural Grocers is no exception and I'd add a *star* because they have been very very patient in spending time with me to connect with me and answer my questions. Obviously I recommend that you visit the store so you can see what your experience is. Wishing Good Health for you and yours, Paul
