I used this company for my son's birthday party over the weekend & to say I was incredibly impressed would be an extreme understatement. Not only was Jamie helpful in choosing a bounce house, he was very personable on the phone and made the process a breeze! He even went the extra mile & gave me an incredible value for a combo bounce house + snow machine and syrup all for one. All the kids and even the adults really enjoyed grape snow cones on a hot day. The day of the party is always a bit stressful, but Kangaroo Bounce definitely eased those nerves with the amazing service that was given. They arrived early for setup and even took the time to place it in an area that shade would hit by the time the party started, that's TRULY going the extra mile for the customer. I really appreciated the fact he covered that step because the highs were about 103 that day and I was a bit worried about how hot the bounce house might get. If you need a bounce house for your next event, you HAVE TO go with Kangaroo Bounce, I promise you will not regret it!!!
