Beautiful property but poorly planned out. The Cooper 202 complex is nice enough, but fails to deliver sufficient parking for guests resulting in tagged vehicles in future resident parking. Garbage is also an area of concern. They have pickup Sunday through Thursday for garbage outside your door, but there are few dumpsters for throwing away large boxes or excess trash, so inevitably there are excess piles of trash in the middle of parking areas where dumpsters have been overfilled. The community should have spent more time planning their layout to help please tenants and less time worrying about the beautiful decor they've squeezed into cramped apartments. I'd be surprised if any tenant were to renew a lease, I know I will be passing on this property upon renewal time.
