Omg these guys were so awesome. I just went into see why my phone was running slow annnnndddd normally you know the sales guys want you to upgrade, and I wasn't opposed to the idea, but I'm heading on vacation and didn't want to spend any extra money on a new phone. Raphael, Conrad and (ekkkk I forgot the other mans name) but everyone of the guys there were great! Very friendly, and helpful. I did upgrade my phone, and was actually not upset about it one bit. They worked out a deal for me and tossed in a free case and portable charger. I've been with sprint for over 10 years and really enjoy the company, but this was the best customer service I've experienced with them thus far.
