I like the pho here, so I have kept coming back although the service really needs some work. Some of the staff is friendly and attentive, while others are rude, dismissive, and don't actually listen to what you are ordering. Usually you have to chase down your server even when it's not very busy. They have also messed up my take-out order on more than one occasion, and were not at all accommodating when I called back to complain. This is especially frustrating because when you call to order they hang up really fast without confirming anything. Also their portion sizes are very inconsistent, as are the ingredients with take out orders. I have been here many times because it's convenient and the food is pretty good, but I'm looking for a new pho place because I'm tired of all the mistakes.
