On July 13 the Lowes rep was to come to our rental condo to measure for a front door, a bedroom door, 2 closets and folding doors in front of the washer dryer. He showed up and measured and said we would have an estimate within 48 hours. On 7/19 I called and a rep said the measurer had IT problems and he would call and have someone call back. On 7/19 I called and the rep said he didn't know what was happening and would have someone call me. Today is 7/29 and no one from Lowes has ever called me. In the meantime Home Depot who I called on 7/25 has been there and has also measured. One would hope they would be more efficient than Lowes who I will never do business with again.
