My wife called in advance and spoke with Raul. She stated that we went to a Discount Tire in Lake Havasu and had a balance some and while on a road trip, it feels as if one of the weights came off.
Raul told my wife there would be no charge for a rebalancing.
When I arrived at the store, Larry and Raul tried to tell me there WOULD be a cost for balancing and they already informed my wife of the fee.
I advised them both that although my wife was the one they spoke to on the phone, I was a few feet from her and heard the entire conversation.
They then tried to tell me that I needed new tires, etc. Come on, man, just do what you promised that's all I ask!
