I do not think that this cafe deserves such a low rating - yes, it is expensive, but it is located right on the casino floor in a luxurious hotel, so I think that expecting it to be a bit overpriced is not unrealistic.
Their food, though pricey, is all served in very large portions. I ordered a croissant and a bagel on separate occasions and was unable to finish either of them.
The employees were very friendly and upbeat, and even remembered my drink when I came back (I was staying at the Wynn for five days, and got coffee here every morning).
The coffee was great, and quickly served. I ordered a Caramelo and experimented with different flavors to add to it - they have a lot more than what is listed on the menu.
