I would give zero if I could. I have had the same prescription for 10plus years at the same location. Tell me why every time I go there's a new problem; not covered, new cost, not ready, sometimes I get a call sometimes not, and best is - u didn't call it in... it's the same thing I pick up at the same time once a month and magically this month its not set up that way? Final straw was i go in and ask for the cheapest brand possible. I was told what I needed from my dr to get what prescription I needed for the best price. I call and get exactly what I'm told and bring it to the pharmacy, the pharmacy tells me this random brand I never had before is $50 and the cheapest I say fine and pay and take it--- come to find out through my insurance I should have STAYED ON THE PRESCRIPTION I HAD IN THE SYSTEM ALREADY AND IT SHOULD'VE BEEN $0 NOT THE $91 I WAS CHARGED THE PREVIOUS MONTH. I asked that pharmacy literally 7 times to check all my options and tell me exactly what I needed. I basically did a bunch of work that wasn't necessary and paid someone $ 220 over three months to make me do it. Every time I make a comment or ask a question they treat you like you're an idiot and never really address what you said, just come up with excuses to cover their asses. Horrible place.
