Have been using Chem-Dry for years and figured I would give a different one a try. Called for an estimate, which seemed really high for what it costs me.I have my carpets cleaned every six months. She said the technician would need to come out and get measurements to give me a better estimate. I asked to schedule a consult to get a price that was more accurate and she said "we don't do that". I assume that means if I am not scheduling an appointment to pay and want to get an estimate first I am out of luck. Now, with most if the price is reasonable and they are here I will have it done, but I need to know my obligation first. I will hold on to my $320.00 and go back to my current rep for way less.
