Raul is a genius ! I came with destroys hairs, a mix orange and yellow hair, and I came out with a beautiful blond exactly how I wanted !!!! I am new in Vegas, French, and tried so much hairdressers, and some was very expensive, I tried big salon as the one at the Caesars, or at the MGM, I never get what I wanted, at the opposite ! and finally I found Raul on Yelp, god he is a bless to my hair !! I could never thank him enough !! :) I recommend him for all those who would like to have a beautiful blond, without orange or yellow !!!
